This a TERRIBLE excuse for a quality jewelry store. Terrible customer service. My engagement ring fell apart NOT EVEN A YEAR after I got it and the company refused help. No replacement, no fixing it just "oh that sucks." and this is with FULL COVERAGE! Will absolutely NEVER use this company again and I very highly recommend you find a better and more reputable store to purchase your ring for the big moment.
